BioI am a twenty-something who recently got a B.A. in American Studies and English from the University of Maryland. I am addicted to reading and I keep track of what I read in monthly updates. I heard that the average American adult will read less than 300 books in his/her lifetime and 1 in 4 has not read a book in the past year so I'm out to beat the odds.
I love movies. I adore Hitchcock and other classic flicks like Rearwindow and Casablanca. I am also a big fan of cult films like Rocky Horror Picture Show and Serenity. I think some of the best things in the world are undiscovered which is why I also love diners and hole in the wall places. I also like music. My favorites right now are Paramore, My Favorite Highway, Fall Out Boy, Goo Goo Dolls, Anberlin, Nightwish, Within Temptation, Evanescence, The Veronicas, and Kelly Clarkson. I am always falling in love with new songs and new music so check for fun lyrics now and again.
I also love dorky things like educational television and going to museums. I think it’s fun to learn new stuff. According to my friends, I’m also quirky, loud, funny, sarcastic, cynical, bubbly, and loquacious.
